Disabled Veterans Exemption Information

 Public Act 161 of 2013 amended MCL 211.7b regarding Veterans Exemptions to expand the definition of “disabled veteran” to include a disabled veteran who was discharged from the armed forces of the United States under honorable conditions, is a resident of Michigan, and who meets certain criteria.
